Rural Texas has a special beauty.

I paint to celebrate this region's special beauty, its people, its architecture, and the texture and colors of its landscapes.

My studio is in the center of this world, behind the historic Country Place Hotel in the Czech community of Fayetteville, Texas.

When I travel I like to use watercolor sketches to document extraordinary images in the places I visit.
